Chris Edington is drawn to design that works. Design that communicates clearly and functions without apology. That instinct has guided everything he’s built.

He served in the U.S. Coast Guard from 2004 to 2008 before finding his footing in the creative world, and that experience never left the way he works. Discipline and a bias toward action, with no bloated agency process standing between a good idea and the client it’s meant to serve.

He started Edington Studio to cut through all of that, and to work directly with founders and builders who have something real to say and need a partner who can help them say it.

At the core of it, he believes creating is the whole point. As humans, what do we have if we don’t get to make something? “Create rather than consume” is the line the studio is built on, and every project is a chance to make something out of nothing.
